I received an order to lift air conditioner units onto the rooftop of the AMFinance building at Tropicana.
Initial telephone conversation says that the building has 13 floors. By assumption, ground floor takes 5m and the rest of the 12 floors are 3m. Therefore, 5m + (12 x 3m = 36m) = 41m.
Theoretically, a 45ton with full flyjib will be able to do the job since the air conditioner units are only 100kg.

But upon final site survey with the customer and reading the building plan. The height of the building is actually 51m. It has 2 floors which is 5m. One is the ground floor and the other is level 10. Both floors contribute 10m. The rest of the floors added up to 41m (according to building plan). Thus the total height is 51m.
This makes our initial telephone conversation of the 45ton to fail. A 80ton crane was propose.
